Wie wird ein Abstract eingereicht?

Wir freuen uns über Ihr Interesse an der DACH2022. Beiträge können bis zum 19. November 2021 eingereicht werden. Alle im Rahmen der DACH2022 veröffentlichten Abstracts erhalten eine DOI Nummer.

Leitfaden zur Einreichung

Die folgenden Schritte sind der Leitfaden zur Abstract Einreichung:

  • Benutzen Sie einen Text-Editor Ihrer Wahl, um Ihr Abstract zu erstellen.
  • Wählen Sie ein Thema.
  • Benutzen Sie den Link "Abstract submission" des ausgewählten Themas. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Einreichung des selben Abstracts in mehr als ein Thema nicht zulässig ist. Dubletten werden entsprechend abgelehnt.
  • Loggen Sie sich in den Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer ein. Nutzen Sie Ihre bereits vorhandenen Daten oder legen Sie ein neues Konto an.
  • Füllen Sie das Einreichungsformular mit den Angaben über Titel, Autor(en), Institution(en)/Universität(en) des/der Autor(en) aus.
  • ORCID Nummern werden bei den Autoren verlinkt, die ihre ORCID ID im Abschnitt "personal data" Ihres Copernicus Kontos hinterlegt haben.
  • Für den Abstract Text steht im Einreichungsformular ein HTML Editor zur Verfügung.
  • Wählen Sie Ihre bevorzugte Präsentationsform ("oral preference" oder "poster preference"). Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass ein mündlicher Vortrag nicht immer gewährt werden kann.
  • Akzeptieren Sie die Lizenz & Copyright Vereinbarung und fahren Sie bis zur Abstract Vorschau fort.
  • Sollten Probleme bei der Generierung des Abstracts auftreten, nutzen Sie den Button „Specify Problems“.
  • Nach Einreichung Ihres Abstracts erhalten Sie eine Empfangsbestätigung per Email. Eine Bestätigungsbenachrichtigung mit Angabe der entsprechenden Abstract Nummer erscheint ebenfalls am Bildschirm. Sollten Sie innerhalb von 24 Stunden keine Einreichungsbestätigung des Abstracts per Email erhalten, überprüfen Sie bitte Ihren Spam-Ordner und kontaktieren uns andernfalls per Email: dach2022@copernicus.org.

Abstract: Leitfaden und Regeln

Abstract-Text

  • Der Abstract-Text sollte kurz (200–450 Wörter), klar und präzise sein. Eine Einreichung sollte in deutscher Sprache mit korrekter Rechtschreibung und guter Satzstruktur verfasst sein. Einreichungen in englischer Sprache sind auch möglich.
  • Mathematische Zeichen und Formeln können direkt eingegeben oder als Bild eingebunden werden.
  • Abstracts sollten vor Einreichung sorgfältig erstellt und gründlich geprüft sein, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Autorenliste, um Änderungen in letzter Minute vorzubeugen.

Verbindlichkeiten

  • Die Einreichung des Abstracts geht mit der Verpflichtung einher, dass dieses auch tatsächlich während der Tagung vom Autor oder zumindest einer Person aus der Liste der Mitautoren präsentiert wird. Sollte sich herausstellen, dass dies nicht möglich ist, ziehen Sie bitte Ihr Abstract frühestmöglich zurück.
  • Mit Einreichung eines Abstracts akzeptieren die Autoren die Lizenz & Copyright Vereinbarung.
  • Die inhaltliche Verantwortlichkeit der DACH-Abstracts liegt bei den Autoren. Das Programmkomitee behält sich das Recht vor Abstracts abzulehnen, die nicht in deutscher oder englischer Sprache verfasst sind, thematisch außerhalb der DACH-MeterologieTagung sind oder nicht den grundlegenden wissenschaftlichen Standards entsprechen.
  • Die offizielle Sprache der DACH2022 ist Deutsch. Vorträge in englischer Sprache sind jedoch ebenfalls zulässig. Simultandolmetschen wird nicht angeboten. Es wird daher erwartet, dass Autoren Ihre Forschungsergebnisse mehr oder weniger fließend in deutscher oder englischer Sprache vortragen können.

How to submit an abstract?

Thank you for your interest in the DACH2022. Please follow the guidelines on this page for submission of your abstract. The abstract submission deadline is 19 November 2021. All abstracts published in the DACH2022 programme will receive a DOI.

Abstract submission recipe

  • Use a text editor of your choice to compile your abstract: title, author(s), affiliation(s) of author(s), and abstract text.
  • Browse through the Topics and select the topic of your interest.
  • Use the abstract submission link at the respective topic.
  • You will be asked to log in to the Copernicus Office Meeting Organizer. Use your account data or create a new account.
  • Fill in the submittal information about title, author(s), and affiliation(s) of author(s).
  • ORCID IDs will be linked to all authors that have deposited their ORCID in the personal data section of their Copernicus Office Account.
  • For your abstract body, the submission form provides you with an HTML editor.
  • Select your preference for poster presentation or for oral presentation.
  • Accept the licence & copyright agreement and proceed to the abstract preview.
  • If the conversion of your abstract fails, please specify your problems and we will then take care of them.
  • Submit your abstract. A confirmation message including your abstract number will be displayed and you will receive a confirmation email providing your abstract number. Should you not receive the abstract submission confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at: dach2022@copernicus.org

Abstract guidelines and rules

Abstract text

  • The abstract body should be short (200–4500 words), clear, concise, and written in German with correct spelling and good sentence structure. Submission in English is possible too.
  • Mathematical symbols and equations can be typed in or embedded as image.
  • Abstracts should be carefully compiled and thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, before submission in order to avoid last-minute changes.

Responsibilities

  • The submission of an abstract carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or, at least, by one of the co-authors. If this is not possible, please withdraw your abstract as early as possible.
  • By submitting an abstract, authors accept the licence & copyright agreement.
  • The content of the abstracts is the responsibility of their authors. The programme committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that are not written in German or English, are out of the scope of the conference, do not meet basic standards of scientific quality, or do not adhere to conventional standards of civil discourse and common decency.
  • The official language of the DACH2022 is German while presentations in English will be possibe as well. Simultaneous interpretation is not provided. It is therefore expected that authors are able to present their research more or less fluently in the German or English language.
